Parking is located in the far west end of the building. Be sure not to mistake it for the tenant only parking located just before the public parking entrance.

Kensington Gate

100 10A St SE

Often overlooked, Kensington Gate offers numerous stalls above ground as well as about 100 stalls underground, all available for public parking. There is almost always parking available here, even during busy times.

CPA Lot 23

1101 Memorial Dr NW

Located beside the old Firehall. Access is from eastbound Memorial Drive only.

CPA Lot 37

1056 Memorial Dr NW

Located on the north side of Memorial Dr, access is from westbound Memorial Dr only.

CPA Lot 57 

1210 Kensington Rd NW

Located on the north side of the road, this lot is a great one for those of you who are coming in from Crowchild Tr via Kensington Rd.

Free Curbside Parking

There is some free time-limited parking available on Bowness Rd, 12 St and 13 St around the St John Fine Arts Elementary School (15 12th St NW). Be sure to read the signs to comply with parking regulations.

Metered Curbside Parking

With exception to permit parking in residential zones surrounding the Kensington area, there is metered parking on nearly every street in the Kensington area. Once again, be sure to read the signs to comply with parking regulations, especially on 10 St during rush-hour time periods as some time restrictions do apply.

• Left turns are not allowed at any time from Memorial Drive
  onto 10 St NW.
• Left turns are also prohibited on northbound 10 St at Kensington Road between the hours of 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM due to rush hour lane reversals. For this reason, please use 10A Street when approaching on westbound Memorial Drive.
